I am committed to thoroughbred well-being and ethical standards. I believe that all bloodstock agents should act with honesty and integrity, and put the interests of their clients first. I also believe that bloodstock agents should respect the confidentiality of their clients’ information, and avoid conflicts of interest.

• I will act honestly and fairly in all our dealings with clients and other stakeholders.
• I will keep all confidential information about our clients strictly confidential.
• I will avoid conflicts of interest by disclosing any potential conflicts to our clients and taking steps to mitigate them.
• I will promote the welfare of thoroughbreds.
