Code of Effics
I am committed to thoroughbred well-being and ethical standards. I believe that all bloodstock agents should act with honesty and integrity, and put the interests of their clients first. I also believe that bloodstock agents should respect the confidentiality of their clients’ information, and avoid conflicts of interest.
- I will act honestly and fairly in all our dealings with clients and other stakeholders.
- I will keep all confidential information about our clients strictly confidential.
- I will avoid conflicts of interest by disclosing any potential conflicts to our clients and taking steps to mitigate them.
- I will promote the welfare of thoroughbreds.
- I believe that these ethical standards are essential to maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients and the wider thoroughbred industry.
